Uniflow and Printing Issues

All staff using Uniflow for secure printing.
Step 1: Make Sure Uniflow is Running
- Click on Show Hidden Icons (bottom right-hand corner of your screen).
- Look for the Uniflow icon— it has three small squares (pictured below).

If the icon is greyed out, click on it to open the app.
If you don’t see the icon at all, you may need to search for it:
- Click the Search button (magnifying glass icon) on the bottom left of your screen.
- Type "Uniflow SmartClient" and open the app.

Once Uniflow is running, try printing again. If it’s still not working, move on to the next step!
Step 2: Re-register and Reset Location
- Open Uniflow by clicking its icon in the hidden icons menu (just like in Step 1).
- Once open, select ‘Re-register’ and ‘Reset Location’, then click ‘OK’ to close the app.

Step 3: Clear the Print Queue
- Click the Search button again and type "Printers & scanners", then open it.

4. Cancel all jobs that appear in the printing queue
5. Once completed, retry printing.
