iPhone Voicemail Issues

Steps
1. Check Data Connectivity
Ensure the device has access to mobile data or Wi-Fi.
2. Update iOS
Verify that the iPhone is running the latest iOS version.
Path: Settings > General > Software Update
3. Delete Old Voicemail Messages
Dial 101 and remove old messages to free up space.
4. Turn Off Live Voicemail
- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and select Phone.
- Scroll to Live Voicemail and toggle Off.
5. Reset Network Settings
- Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Confirm the reset.
(Note: This will remove saved Wi-Fi networks)
6. Disable Visual Voicemail (VVM)
- Send an SMS to 144 with the message: VVM OFF
- You should receive a confirmation message that Visual Voicemail is disabled.
- Test voicemail by calling your number and leaving a message.
- If you want VVM back on, send: VVM ON to 144.
7. Repeat Steps if Necessary
If the issue persists, repeat steps 1–6.
