How to use a Zoom/Teams Room
Firstly, check that the Zoom room is working correctly. If it is fully operational you will see similar to the below images. If you do not see this refer to ‘Zoom Room Trouble Shooting Guide’
Please note you cannot create a new Microsoft Teams meeting from the Yealink Tablet and only join a Teams meeting.
Meet the Hardware
If the site has a Dell Monitor, it has a touch screen and it will appear as below
Or if the site has a TV

Starting a meeting from the Yealink Touch Panel
You don't need your laptop, everything will be done off the Touch Panel
To start a meeting select ‘New Meeting’
Select ‘Invite’
There are two ways to invite people to the meeting.
- In the search bar search for the people you want to invite and select invite in the top right-hand corner (the invitee must have the Zoom app open on their computer to accept the invite)
- Otherwise, press ‘email’ and type in the email address of the person.

Invitee Joining the meeting
If you used step 1:
The invitee should see this on their screen and has to click join
If you used step 2:
When the invitee accepts the meeting, they will then need to click join
Once the invitee has done that there will be a red dot on participants on the Yealink Touch Panel
Select participants and choose to admit the attendees
The invitee will now be able to see you in the Zoom Room.
How to end a meeting:
Once you are done select End and End Meeting for All

To Join a meeting select ‘Join’
Enter the Meeting ID that has been sent to you and select 'Join'
To find the Meeting ID you will need to check the email invitation or open the Zoom App to view it.
Where to find your meeting ID:
On the email, the invite was sent to or you can look in your calendar

To join a Teams Meeting select 'Microsoft Teams'
Enter the Team Meeting ID that has been sent to you and select Join
Where to find your meeting ID:
On the email invitation, you can look in your calendar at the meeting.
Look up at the TV’s top right-hand corner to see the Sharing Key
Extra Features of Zoom Room
You can share your screen with the TV without the use of an HMDI cord.
Open the Zoom App on the laptop.
Click on ‘Share Screen’
Look up at the TV’s top right-hand corner to see the Sharing Key
That will share your screen with the TV, and can also create a meeting and invite people as shown in the previous steps.
