Steps – Basic Troubleshooting
Try a different browser: Use both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
Clear your cache and cookies: This often resolves loading and display issues.
Clear Cache and Cookies in Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy, search, and services.
- Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data and choose what to clear.
Clear Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome
- Open Chrome and click the three dots at the top-right.
- Select History.
- On the left, choose Delete browsing data.
