Zoom/Teams Room Issues If you are having trouble with your Zoom / Teams room, please follow these initial troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue: Check that HDMI 1 on the Yealink meeting bar is connected to the HDMI 1 on the TV and that the TVs source is set to HDMI 1 Make sure the Yealink meeting bar has power. It should have a light on the bottom between the two cameras Check that both cables are firmly inserted into the POE injector for the Yealink tablet Check that the POE cable is going to the Yealink tablet and the ethernet cable is going to a wall port Check the tablet has a display on it. If not, there may be a power issue Make sure the POE injector is plugged into power and turned on Try restarting both devices by turning them off at power and back on again If the tablet is asking you to sign in select sign in with a verification code and contact Verto IT for the confirmation code
