Clear Your Browser Cache

How to clear your cache and cookies:
Microsoft Edge:
- Click the three dots in the browser’s upper right-hand corner.
- Select 'Settings'
- Go to Privacy, search, and services
- Click "clear browsing data now"
- Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data and choose what to clear (cookies will clear some sites data and sign ins but sometimes clearing cookies is required)
- Under time range, select "all time"

Google Chrome:
- Open Chrome and click the three dots at the top right.
- Select 'History'
- On the left, choose Delete browsing data.
