Print to PDF Issues
Rather than printing to PDF use 'Save' to PDF.
You can do so by changing the 'Save as type'
If you need to also save the notes click 'options' and change the 'Publish what:' to 'Notes pages'
Outlook
Print to PDF is only compatible with the NEW version of Outlook.
