Steps
1. Sign In to Company Portal
- Launch the Company Portal app.
- Enter your work email and password.
- Complete any MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) prompts.
2. Check Device Enrollment
- In the Company Portal, tap Devices.
- Confirm your iPhone is listed
- Tap the device name
4. Sync Device
- Tap Check status
- As Last checked will need to match the current time

- Allow device to sync (can take 5 minutes or longer)
Troubleshooting
Issue 1: Cannot Sign In
